1 Left leg steps forward with a High R/hand elliptical punch Right leg steps forward to form a left L-Stance whilst performing a twin forearm block. (The left blocking arm deals with the attack whilst the right blocking arm simultaneously strikes the side of the attackers neck. n/a
       
2 Left leg steps forward with a High R/hand elliptical punch Right leg steps to the right forming a right L-Stance whilst delivering a twin forearm block. (Left arm block the attacking punch) Defender delivers a right knife hand inward strike to the side of the attackers neck
       
3 Left leg steps forward with a High R/hand elliptical punch Right leg steps to the right forming a walking stance, whilst delivering a high wedging block (Left arm block the attacking punch, right arm striking the attackers neck) n/a

4 Left leg steps forward with a High R/hand elliptical punch Right leg steps to the right forming a right L-Stance whilst delivering a twin forearm block. (Left arm block the attacking punch) Defender pivots into a right walking stance, whilst placing the right hand behind the attackers head. Delivers a left handed front elbow strike.
       
5 Left leg steps forward with a High R/hand elliptical punch Defender slides back with either leg (to evade and create range) forming a L-stance, forearm guarding block. Defender delivers a back piercing kick to the attackers mid-section.
